Who we are

What we collect

Aggregate visitor analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless, does not store personal information, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites. Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic request metadata in the normal course of delivering the page and protecting the site from abuse. This is standard for any website. Cloudflare's privacy notice: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

What we do not collect

We currently do not collect:

• Email addresses (no signup form).
• User accounts, passwords, or profile data.
• Contact-form submissions.
• Cookies set by this site.
• Third-party advertising or behavioral trackers.
• Estate documents, account numbers, Social Security numbers, names of decedents, or any other personal information about you or the estate you are administering.

If we ever add a way for you to send us information — for example, an email signup or contact form — we will update this page before that collection begins.

How long data is kept

Cloudflare Web Analytics aggregates page-view data without retaining personal identifiers. Cloudflare's own hosting and protection logs are retained according to its stated retention practices, linked above.

Children

This site is intended for adults serving as executors or administrators of estates in New Hampshire. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

AI crawlers and automated readers

The site is intentionally readable by AI agents and search crawlers, and publishes /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt files for that purpose. Public AI crawlers can fetch and ingest the public content. This does not change what we collect from human visitors.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the “Updated” date at the top. Material changes — for example, adding an email signup, switching analytics providers, or accepting payment — will be reflected here before any new collection or processing begins.
