Terms of Use
Updated
These terms apply when you read or use the Executor Workbook at executorworkbook.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is
The Executor Workbook is an informational website published by Thomas Officer. It summarizes publicly available New Hampshire estate-administration materials and provides organizational templates for executors and administrators handling estates in New Hampshire.
Not legal advice
This site is not legal advice. We are not your attorney. Reading the site does not create an attorney-client relationship. Estate administration depends on facts we do not know, including the contents of the will, the assets and debts of the estate, the family situation, beneficiary status, and ongoing court procedures.
For legal advice, consult a licensed New Hampshire probate attorney. If you are unsure whether you need an attorney, you probably should talk to one.
Scope: New Hampshire only
The materials on this site address New Hampshire procedures. They are not intended to apply to estates in any other state. Other states have different probate processes, time limits, forms, and rules. If the estate you are administering is in another state, this site is not the right resource for you.
Accuracy and currency
We try to keep the site accurate and current, but laws and procedures change. We make no warranty that the site is current, complete, accurate, or suitable for your specific situation. Always confirm court fees, filing requirements, and procedures with the New Hampshire Judicial Branch or your attorney before acting.
As is, no warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thomas Officer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site, including any decisions you make based on information you read here. Our total cumulative liability arising from your use of the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).
Intellectual property
The site's text, layout, and templates are © Thomas Officer. You may read the site, save pages for your own reference, print pages for your own use, and quote short passages with attribution. Please do not republish, repackage, or sell the content without written permission.
References to New Hampshire statutes, court forms, and other public records are public information and remain in the public domain. We claim no ownership of cited public-source materials.
AI and automated access
The site is intentionally readable by AI agents and search crawlers. Our robots.txt, sitemap-index.xml, llms.txt, and llms-full.txt files describe what is available to automated systems. Reasonable automated access for indexing, AI ingestion, and accessibility is welcome. Heavy or abusive scraping that degrades the site for human readers is not.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to compromise the site or its hosting. Do not impersonate Thomas Officer or misrepresent your affiliation with this site. Do not use the site to do anything illegal or to harm any other person.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the “Updated” date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the site or these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.
